Choosing the Right Massage

Not all massages are created equally. No two bodies are alike. I would go further and argue that your left side is different from your right side!

Choosing the right massage requires a massage therapist that you trust and an open line of communication.

Most common massage modalities are Deep Tissue and Swedish. There are differences between them other than more or less pressure. Even though you prefer firm pressure, does not mean that Deep Tissue is appropriate for you!
